BHAKTA 2004 shines a deep golden-orange and opens with a creamy bouquet of vanilla, fresh oak, nutmeg, honey, and spice, lifted by lime zest. A gently waxy note and a touch of marzipan add richness and depth.

The palate is big and powerful yet clean and balanced, layering fresh and dried fruits with cinnamon, nutmeg, and raisin-rich fruit cake. Pear crumble, brown sugar, vanilla, and creamy custard soften the structure, while mellow tannins lead to a long finish of dried fruit, oak, and spice. Built to age beautifully—and a pleasure to drink now.

Beyond the cellar, 2004 saw the launch of Facebook and Google become a publicly traded company. After a harvest from the vineyards in the Armagnac region and distillation in wood-fired alembic stills, the long aging process in French Oak barrels begins.

Our cellarmaster, Bernard, who has tended the Chateau’s stocks for over 50 years, ensures each vintage is aged to perfection.
