How a bottle travels

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 3-5 business days and will generally arrive between 5-7 business days.

During peak purchasing holidays there may be additional delays.

Tracking information will be sent once fulfillment is completed. Fulfillment times may vary if an item is backordered.

A vintage marked Special Order is not in the shipping cellar. It is drawn from the reserve and prepared for dispatch, which takes approximately two to three weeks — the wait is stated on the product page, repeated on the cart line, and confirmed again in your order email.

• Adult signature requiredSomeone 21 or over must be at the delivery address with photo identification. Nothing is left unattended and we cannot ship to a PO box.
• Three attempts, then the cellarThe carrier tries three times. After the third attempt, the bottle returns to sender. Orders may be reshipped for an additional $25 fee.
• Where we can shipSpirits shipping is governed state by state. Your address is checked at checkout, and any destination we cannot legally reach is declined before payment.
• Shipping protectionFive dollars in the cart covers loss and breakage in transit. Where a replacement bottle exists, it is sent; where the vintage is gone, the order is refunded in full.
• Over two hundred and fifty dollarsOrders above that figure ship without a delivery charge. Below it, the rate is calculated at checkout from the destination and the weight of the glass.
