Description

Every BHAKTA bottle carries a year, not an age statement. This one was distilled from a single harvest in 1993, laid down in oak, and left to the slow work of Gascon cellars until it was ready, years later, to be bottled exactly as it came out of the cask.

Tasting Notes

Aspect Deep mahogany.

Nose Cocoa and nuts, chocolate-covered orange peel, dried figs and cherries, sweet stewed apple, and other orchard fruits. A touch of vanilla. Quite fresh and zingy.

Palate Explosive attack that is fresh and powerful. Smooth despite its heat and gives the impression of being older than it is. Continuation of stewed fruits and well-balanced with mellow oak notes. A touch of violet on the finish.

Returns cannot be accepted after delivery, but a refund may be requested before your order leaves the fulfillment facility. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with photo evidence so we can file a claim on your behalf.
