Refund policy
Due to federal regulations and the nature of the products being shipped, customers are unable to return a product once it is received. A refund may be requested and processed before the package leaves the fulfillment facility.
In the event that your package is damaged in transit, a claim must be filed on your behalf by Full Circle. All claims of damage must be accompanied by photo evidence for reference. Products damaged in transit can either be refunded or reshipped at the courier's expense.
