This Pays d’Auge Calvados, with its rich mahogany hue, enchants the senses with a nose of bright summer fruits and cinnamon sugar, a palate reminiscent of warm apple crumble and honeysuckle, and a long, light finish adorned with fresh apples, citrus zest, and a delicate whisper of old oak. Only three barrels in existence, and once it's gone, it's gone forever.
